Here we are the happy owners of our new french doors. The installation was wonderful. We had a little hiccup but the customer service provided made it a little hiccup - outstanding A+ customer service. Charles, William, Brittany, Nicole and Angel were some of the fantastic people that took care of us during this whole process. Good communication and excellent treatment. My experience with Renewal by Andersen was great from start to finish.Tim was respectful and demonstrated excellent knowledge of the product. He provided an extensive demonstration of the windows. The Fibrex material and financing options were particularly attractive selling points. The installation crew did a great job with installing the new windows. They protected furniture and other surfaces in my home. They cleaned up and removed debris from both inside and outside my home. Throughout the process customer service has been top notch, keeping me apprised of every step in the process. I love my new windows!
