Mark showed up on time, very respectful and professional, knew to take off his shoes and not just walk in with shoes all over hardwood or carpet, so I appreciated that. He came prepared, even used AI to mock up a dream front door for us, even though our project was our backdoor. I shared my dream of a future front door and he was kind enough to put it together as well. He was knowledgeable, listened and didn't speak over me, had his own tape measure, and moved his car when one of our cars needed to leave. I liked the way he represented Andersen.
