Page Ewell, CEO and owner of Renewal by Andersen of Central Virginia, has been named the 2025 PRO Central Virginia Community Service Award winner, an honor recognizing outstanding dedication to serving individuals and organizations across the region.
The PRO Central Virginia Community Service Award is presented to a PRO member—either an individual or firm—who donates significant time, energy, and resources to help those in need. Recipients are evaluated on the long-term value of their contributions, the consistency of their service, and the lasting impact on the community. Under Page Ewell’s leadership, Renewal by Andersen of Central Virginia exemplifies these values at every level.
A Culture of Giving Rooted in Leadership
Formerly known as Richmond Window Corp, Renewal by Andersen of Central Virginia has built a deeply ingrained culture of corporate citizenship, driven by Page Ewell’s vision and personal commitment to service. At the heart of this culture is the company’s Renewal Cares program, a strategic initiative that empowers employees to actively participate in giving back to the communities they serve.
Through structured charitable programs, hands-on volunteerism, and meaningful partnerships with local nonprofits, Renewal by Andersen of Central Virginia consistently demonstrates what it means to be a responsible, community-focused organization.
Making a Tangible Impact Across Central Virginia
What sets Renewal by Andersen of Central Virginia apart is the breadth of its outreach and the life-changing results of its service efforts. Under Page Ewell’s leadership, the company addresses critical community needs across multiple causes.
Leading the Fight Against Cancer
The company is a proud partner of the St. Jude Dream Home Giveaway, donating and installing 13 windows in 2022 to help raise funds for pediatric cancer research. In addition, Renewal by Andersen of Central Virginia partners annually with the American Cancer Society through its United Against Cancer campaign—raising $7,616.75 in 2024 alone and consistently surpassing fundraising goals.

Providing Direct, Compassionate Support
Renewal by Andersen of Central Virginia uses its expertise and products to assist families in crisis. The company provided a new front door for a Richmond couple whose previous door posed a safety hazard—an act approved by Page Ewell because it was “the right decision to make.” Additional projects include donating and installing a new window and door for a local family impacted by cancer, as well as eleven windows for a Greater Charlottesville Habitat for Humanity home renovation, supporting long-term housing stability.

Honoring Military Service
During Military Appreciation Month, the company demonstrated its support for veterans and their families by donating office supplies to Tech for Troops, a nonprofit that equips veterans with digital tools and training. Renewal by Andersen of Central Virginia also supported the Richmond Fisher House, donating food and toiletries to provide comfort to military families while their loved ones receive treatment at the VA hospital.

Employee-Driven Philanthropy That Multiplies Impact
A cornerstone of the company’s giving is the Renewal Cares Check Program, which reflects Page Ewell’s belief in empowering employees to lead charitable efforts. In 2025, the program distributed $25,294 to local 501(c)(3) nonprofits, with each employee selecting an organization meaningful to them. This approach ensures charitable giving is personal, inclusive, and deeply connected to the community.
Investing in Children and Families
Renewal by Andersen of Central Virginia also prioritizes initiatives that uplift children and families:
- Fostering Childhood Literacy: Through the If You Give a Child a Book program, the company donated $3,000 in both 2024 and 2025, funding 500 books annually for children in Title 1 schools.
- Bringing Joy to Children: Employees collected over $400 in party supplies for Celebrate! RVA, helping children from financially insecure families celebrate birthdays. The team also participated in the Salvation Army Angel Tree program, purchasing gifts for 40 children in 2024.
- Combating Hunger: Team members volunteered with Feed More, packaging meals and directly supporting the organization’s hunger relief efforts across Central Virginia.
